• Will any chemicals remain?

  • We use certified professional products approved for use in residential premises.

  • Cleaning is carried out in several stages:

  
  

  1 Dry preparation (deep vacuuming).

  2 Treatment with a cleaning solution.

  3 Delicate mechanical treatment (selection of brushes/tools based on the material).

  4 Rinsing with a special solution that neutralizes the cleaning solution and provides additional protection against re-soiling.

  5 Final quality control.

  
  

  • After finishing the work, the specialist checks the pH of the fabric: we use a pH meter to check that there is no alkali/acid remaining in the fiber, and that the reading is within the normal range for textiles.

  • Guarantee: we record these steps in the regulations and comply with them for every order.

• Is it possible to ruin the fabric?

  The short answer: yes. A sofa can be irreparably damaged by unprofessional cleaning.

  • Unprofessional cleaning chemicals/incorrectly selected cleaning solution

  This may not only fail to remove the stain but also set it in. After this, it is much more difficult or impossible for a professional to remove the stain or correct the result of such cleaning.

  • Over-wetting and hot water

  This leads to deformation, water halos, long drying times, and the risk of mold. Not all materials are suitable for wet cleaning—some fabrics cannot be cleaned with water; for these, low-moisture/dry cleaning methods are used.

  • Chemical residues in the fiber

  Without final neutralization and pH control, the chemical remains in the fabric, which is harmful, creates stickiness, and leads to rapid re-soiling.

  viscose/rayon, linen, wool, corduroy/velvet, bouclé/chenille, genuine leather, down and feather fillings.

• How long does it take for furniture to dry?

  After cleaning with water, furniture usually remains damp. If you follow our recommendations, it will dry by the next morning (without forced drying).

  
  

  Forced drying (additional service): Upon request, we can install professional blowers/dehumidifiers to reduce drying time by 2-3 times. This is a paid service; the cost depends on the scope of work and will be agreed upon before beginning work.

  
  

  How to speed up drying (recommendations):

  • Ventilation: open windows/turn on ventilation.

  • Warm, dry air in the room.

  • Direct household fans toward the item.

  • Place pillows on their edges to promote circulation.

  • Do not cover with blankets or place items on top of the furniture.

  • Do not use the furniture until it is completely dry.

  
  

  Note: Dense fillings and natural fabrics (linen, wool, velvet/corduroy, etc.) take longer to dry.

• What is the guarantee of results?

  • Payment is only after your approval. You pay only when the work is completed and you are satisfied with the result.
